New vehicle sales dropped from 17 million in 2007 to 10 million in 2008, a large reason for our nation's economic collapse. Manzullo's tax credit would encourage Americans to buy cars again, putting millions of Americans back to work, filling government coffers with lost sales tax dollars, and re-starting manufacturing in America.
